Shipping Fees, Payment & Delivery

What are the payment methods?

How are orders shipped?

Payment can be made via bank transfer, Touch ’n Go, or Wise. For international orders, payment can also be made through Wise without additional international transfer fees.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within West Malaysia starts from RM8, East Malaysia from RM30, and Singapore from RM40. Rates vary according to bag size. International shipping to other countries is also available. Contact us for a shipping quote.

Each bag is packed in a drawstring bag, placed in a plain box and wrapped in a protective layer of plastic. Orders within Malaysia are shipped via J&T, while international orders are sent via Aramex.
